🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, here's how we can help:

• Returns: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition.
• Non-returnable items: Gift cards, digital downloads, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return.
• Process: To initiate a return, contact us at diana@kicksllc.com with your order number. We'll provide return instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Damaged or incorrect items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
